About
I am Mahe Mishra, a programme delivery professional working in NHS capital projects. Right now that means the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme, a £1B+ redevelopment delivered under an NEC contract, where I sit inside the programme team handling governance, reporting and the connective work between Finance, Communications, Design and Construction, and Mobilisation.
My background is a First Class degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Sheffield, and my working style is shaped by data. I build in Python, SQL and Power BI, and my default instinct on any process is to ask whether a machine should be doing the boring half of it. In my previous role that instinct removed a quarter to a third of the time spent on routine reporting.
I am currently working towards the APM Project Management Qualification. Longer term I am interested in major infrastructure delivery, the kind of programmes measured in years and billions, where good governance and honest reporting are the difference between delivery and drift.
Away from work, I cook, mostly Indian and Indo-Chinese, and I train in the gym.
